Complete Care looks after the whole tenancy, from letting and maintenance coordination to paying you within 7 days if rent is missed. One fixed fee, no surprises, and you only ever add an extra if you choose to.

    Advertising, referencing, the tenancy agreement, deposit registration, rent collection and the Rent Protection Guarantee, all included.

  • Rent on Time, paid within 7 days

    Miss a payment from month 2 and we pay you within 7 calendar days, up to £2,000 a month for up to 6 months (£12,000 in total), before we recover from the tenant. A service benefit, not insurance.

  • Maintenance coordination

    We coordinate repairs and annual compliance and liaise with contractors on your behalf, authorising work up to £200 (UK) or £300 (overseas) without prior approval, with 24/7 repair reporting.

  • A dedicated property manager

    Your named property manager coordinates maintenance, liaises with contractors, chases any arrears and keeps you updated throughout.

  • Rent collection and monthly statements

    We collect the rent and pay it to you within 3 business days, with a clear statement every month. We deduct our plan fee from the rent.

How the Rent on Time benefit works

If your tenant misses a rent payment from the second month of the tenancy, Rent on Time pays you within 7 calendar days, before we have recovered the money from the tenant. We keep paying monthly while the arrears continue, up to the cap.

To be clear on the cap: Complete Care covers up to £12,000 in total across up to 6 months, with a monthly cap of £2,000. That is a total of £12,000, not £12,000 a month.

Rent Protection is a contractual service benefit we fund ourselves. It is not insurance and is not FCA regulated, so there is no separate premium and no claim to wait on. Benefit payments are subject to eligibility, including that your tenant was referenced through our approved provider.

When your rent is protected, and how we step in

  1. Month 1

    Rent due

    We collect the rent on the due date and transfer it to your nominated account, less our plan fee.

  2. Month 2

    Missed payment

    A rent due date is missed from month 2, and Rent on Time is triggered.

    We send reminders and contact your tenant to establish the reason.

  3. Within 7 days

    We pay you

    Your payment lands within 7 calendar days, before we recover from the tenant.

    We escalate, keep chasing and prepare a formal notice if needed.

Rent on Time is the named benefit on Complete Care. If your tenant misses a rent payment from the second month of the tenancy, we pay you within 7 calendar days, before we have recovered the money from the tenant. We then keep paying monthly while the arrears continue, up to the cap.

Important information

  • All prices include VAT, with discounts available for multiple properties.
  • A one-time £199 setup fee covers 8 weeks of advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation, platform onboarding and account setup.
  • A £120 end-of-tenancy fee applies on account closure, except where you are re-listing the property with us.
  • The Rent Protection benefit is a contractual service benefit (not insurance, not FCA regulated) and is available on Rent Assured, Rent Assured Plus, Complete Care and Complete Care Plus, subject to eligibility including satisfactory tenant referencing.
  • Maximum benefit per tenancy: Rent Assured £3,000 (3 months), Rent Assured Plus £6,000 (4 months), Complete Care £12,000 (6 months), Complete Care Plus £22,500 (9 months).
  • Plus tiers are optional add-ons at +£25/month (Rent Assured Plus) and +£30/month (Complete Care Plus).
  • On Rent Assured Plus and Complete Care Plus only, following the protection benefit being triggered and vacant possession achieved, a 25% × 1 month vacant possession top-up applies and the £199 re-listing setup fee is waived.
  • All plans require a minimum 12-month customer engagement agreement.
